Most religions confuse me. On one hand they preach peace, kindness, etc...and on the other they condemn those who don't believe the same thing they do. It's baffling.

It's a combination of ancient history...scripture...and faith.
personally, I find it all very captivating from a historical sense. this history, found in both religious and non religious writings...makes my faith journey an interesting one.
