If nothing else, his illness has brought a few of us together, that I hadn't spoken to in a while. Just got off the phone with another guy I was on AD with, and he is in Nashville with Jeff and his family. I hate that it took a serious illness for a few of us to contact each other, but heck, it's like I talked to them last week. I know at least my sick friend will get a message from me.
