I ended up quiting partly due to them allowing shitbags to keep their jobs, "we need people" bullshit. Unfortunately I was right as 2 embezzled a shitload from the company after I left.

That was part of why I retired when I did. There were a couple of people that needed to be let go but one had a relative in management who was really nose to ass with a VP and the other had HR convinced he had a case against the company if we fired him. I just got really tired of dealing with it and finally said **** it. These were not the only reasons I left but were certainly part of it.
