You’re saying it’s so bad that you can’t even stand inside...but you’re hedging about reporting it? Come on, man. If they could do better on their own, they would. But they can’t. Even if you go over and clean it up, it’ll go back to what it is now. He needs help. Step up and be the friend he needs you to be and get him help.
