Squirrel looks just a bit apprehensive too.
This was in a park in Boston crowded with tourists. There were maybe 4 or 5 of us shooting and watching it unfold. Seem like a good minute past with zero movement. Finally the squirrel flinched and bolted with the hawk in hot pursuit. Didn't see what happened in the end but my money is on the hawk.
