9mm ammo is a bit cheaper in comparison due to it's availability. 2a warehouse has been running 500-1000 rounds for about .21 ea which is cheap in comparison for brass.
Have never compared 9 vs 10 for reloading. However Id imagine the casings are harder to find ie more expensive as well as the die.
