While she has performed well before, when she hasn't she throws tantrums and blames others.
She bailed and took her expected skills with her in the Team event. I hope the coaches are smart enough to see that if she wasn't fit enough to support the Team, she shouldn't be in the Individual events either. Move an Alternate up and get the next generation moving forward.
