It is a Low Dose Lung CT. Not much more radiation than the chest Xray but significantly more information. Can see pea sized module as opposed to lime size seen in CXR.
The requirements are listed but: age 55-77, 30 pack year history and not stopped smoking more than 15 years ago. Caught a lot of nodules early and saved many lives. Usually by the time Xray finds it.... big and too late. Like with my dad. Why I am passionate about helping these folks. ❤️
