I got a call from a legal sounding name Blah, Blah, and Blah Associates, telling me that judgement is about to be passed on me for a debt with Providian bank. They said they sent a letter 3 months ago (lie) and that it went unanswered and now they are forced to take further action. The amount is $9806.17 cents, but they are willing to settle and close it all out for $337.00. I laughed and said "Good luck with that. I'll respond when I receive the judgement".
I was born in the day, but it wasn't yesterday. They caught me off guard. I wish I had been at home instead of at my office. I could have had fun with them. Hell, he broke two laws in just the 5 minutes I was on the phone.
