You're the Engineer who retired early due to your supposedly outstanding financial acumen am I correct? I'm fairly certain it's you as you've mentioned this fact time and time again. I get the impression from your "I retired early" harangue your overriding concern is your financial well being have I got right? Now that you've retired early have you considered a second career in financial planning?
Lurch's daughter has chosen a career which will hopefully help people and make their lives a bit better. Her contribution to society will be a hell of a lot more long lasting than your pointless engineering calculations and my crummy welds.
Thank goodness no one listens to you. If they did, we've have no mental health professionals and most likely no doctors due to the exorbitant cost of the education required to perform those jobs.
Now if I were you I'd go check my savings account after reading this post. The market may have changed.
