Right, but most people have the SD channels filtered out, as I do. At any rate, very strange to just have one channel out. Typically if there are satellite issues with a transponder, it takes out blocks of channels. They have spare transponders and spare slots on active transponders. They could easily change transponders for 360 if it was a satellite issue.
