I can't tell you how much I feel for your situation in the accident. The insurance issue is all on you as since the guy who crashed into your wife's car was not licensed there would be no insurance in effect.

As far as recovering anything from the other driver you are probably in lawsuit territory and if he doesn't have anything you won't be receiving anything.

Krazy twist, there WAS supposedly insurance, it was HER car,and she was the passengers, and so covered.....it was HIS fault, both with different last names but hers was Hernandez.....and so probably illegal.....
