Sounds REALLY good! How much, if you don’t mind me asking. About the same as a restaurant meal for two? Sounds restaurant quality. I figure when it’s just the two of us we might do something like that. We’ll probably eat a lot more salad too.
BTW how do you like them Japanese knives?

That’s a lot of dadgum shrimp!
The etoufee I made was really good. Have to try again. Plus it’s getting cool enough to make your all-day gumbo. Been thinking about that a lot lately.
I have some lobster stock and two tails. Might have to make some bisque today.
