Default Bacon wrapped pork tenderloin.......

Lord strike me down, yes I went against doctors orders, but man, was it good! I cut the tail off to fry up later, and laid 1/2 strips of bacon around it, after seasoning it with garlic, white pepper, a little salt, and cajun spice. the bacon stops the pork from drying out while baking. Baked it on a rack pan for 15 min. at 400 and dropped it to 300 for about 45. Let it set up, turned out a tiny bit pink in the middle, and awesome!
