I have to agree with some of the comments in the article. Nascar is on life support, and a few years down the road when it doesn't pay anyone's bills, it will slip into the annals of history. As one poster put it, the France family has micromanaged it into oblivion. No wonder they want to sell it, but will there be any takers for the sinking ship? As most of you know, I used to be a huge fan, but haven't even so much as watched a race on tv in years. I did have free tickets to Atlanta several years ago, and left before the half way mark. It was THAT bad. When fans can no longer identify with one damn thing on the track, their interest and money will go elsewhere. It is nothing more than spec racing, with a bunch of spoiled rich kids running around the track. Sorry, not my cup of tea. Junior can't save it, and neither can anyone else....
