Tend to doubt it.
I've never had troubles with air in the system on a C5, never had to burp or bleed one. I have on other vehicles, and when it happens, they overheat quite rapidly in that situation. Your temps climb so very gradually, and even maintain temps at a high (but not overheated) level that I'd say coolant is flowing, but at a greatly diminished pace, and since this happened after a flush, I do suspect the radiator.
