Just get the regular plastic that is sous vide safe. I learned a long time ago that it's easy to go bigger on the bag and get a good seal than trying to save plastic.

We just did another 4 tenderloin chunks from Costco this afternoon. Those, along with the T-Bones will probably not see the sous vide, as they are appropriate for a straight grill. Love the filets "blue", or "Pittsburgh" as they have very little fat. The T-Bones are thin enough that I can nail them on the grill as well.
