Shit happens real quick at those kind of speeds on an open road. Luckily no deer or other four legged critters decided to try to cross the road.
My brother and I were in my 1992 C4 heading south on I-75 doing 159 mph at 3 am. We came up on cars in both lanes...I slammed on the brakes and brake dust was igniting out of the front wheels. I was 24 at the time and total douche bag to have done that.

Now a-days, I drive like Ms. Daisy on the street, and go like hell on the track. I can no longer replicate the intense experience of track time with on street time, thus anything that could possibly risk my license on the street is a waste of time. I'm less than 5 over everywhere I go.
