I don't know how you do this.
my entire adult life, I average 7.5 hours sleep/night (11:30pm to 7am) during the work week, and 9.5 hours sleep/night (
I'm serious; midnight to 9:30am) on weekends.
I can't imagine trying to get-by with less.
