I was 165 the day I got out of bootcamp 1987, 205 the day I got out of the Corps 4 years later. Got down to 175 again and almost went back in but decided to go to school and get married. I just checked the current height/weight standards and discovered I’m about 1.5 lbs too heavy. I think that’s changed since I retired. I have 193 stuck in my mind for some reason. I’m 5’ 11”.

My wife had another talk with me today and says I really need to stop losing weight. She thinks I’m too skinny. I’ll admit that a 30 lb weight loss on a 62 yr old looks different than on a 30 yr old.
