I agree. We shouldn't finance a persons poor choices. However, the christian in me likes to think people deserve a second chance. We all make bad decisions. Its learning from them that I admire.
I absolutely agree with you...but it isn't the governments place to give those 2nd chances. You want to help somebody improve their chances...do so through a far more efficient privately funded non-profit, or church based program. The .gov needs to GTFO of funding poor choices.
