I believe everyone involved was wrong - from the store, the family parked in the handicapped space, the joe blow reprimanding them for doing so, the bad ass protecting his girl, to the joe blow who became the armed man who shot the bad ass. Everything that happened was uncalled for and completely unneccesary.
The store is not incompliance with federal ADA guidelines.
Family is illegally parked.
Armed man is yelling at wrong person.
Bad ass assualted armed man.
Armed man should have just laid there and filed charges. (BTW I saw the bad ass stop and move back towards armed man right before he was shot.)
But all of this could have been avoided if the privaledged family who think they can do anything they want - wold have parked in any of the other 6 available spaces I can see in the video.
