Problem is that even if you delete everything associated with Bing so there's no sign of it, and disable all the Cortana info crap, it's still there. Microsoft has made it impossible to delete them both in Win 10s newest version. It's imbedded right into the OS. I even went back and took the last update out, and it's still there.
Oh....did I tell you ....I HATE BING and it's overlord CORTANA!
