It's only defamation if CNN lied, still waiting for some one to prove any of it was not factual. There has been zero evidence brought forward that would convince any judge otherwise and this just smells like a diversion from everything else going on. Now, if he comes up with some new evidence that he's been sitting on I guess that may make a difference but I'm betting not.
In reality this is just probably another ill advised Trump stunt for his base and not what he needs if he really wants to run again. He is again elevating the act of crying after a loss to new levels. Not sure why he insists on being in the news for the wrong reasons. I'm thinking the legal team at CNN is thrilled for the opportunity to make a fool of him again. Sad.
