California should not be able to dictate the treatment of animals OUTSIDE California.
The pork producing states need to flip this and refuse to sell in California...compliant or not.
I actually believe if I owned a company, I would refuse to sell to anyone in California. If push came to shove, I'd add a huge fee to do so.
