Whoopsie!
Problems:
~So many people don't understand how to give directions anymore. Must be tough for the 911 operators.
~Took a little while for the guy to run and check on the car's driver.
Having said that, I can't see the driver surviving that crash, so maybe it didn't matter. Even if the driver did survive, what do you do? Pull the person out and take a chance of paralyzing them, assuming the crash itself didn't do that? Lots of questions here.
