Yes he started with 10% vs less than 8% and tax cuts spurred the economy, not stimilus and tax increases, next year is going to be shakey with the increases on the horizion, even the middle class will be in this one not just the rich you talk about, I am middle class and can do not like paying more so others can get hand outs. Reagan killed Socalism in Russia, the wall I used to see in Berlin did fall and the people got freedom and he unified Germany with this. Strong National Defense and take less from the citizens the economy will take care of itself vs spending money we do not have at a record clip. Margaret Thatcher, has a great saying, it is now coming true, Socalism has spent all of someone else's money and now the hard cut backs will happen. Time for America to look at this before we follow suit
