Hmmm.... I guess it depends on the year... through '99 or maybe '00 they had forged pistons, after that they were cast. If it was a later car then it can't take as much boost. Plust the '99s had the strongest cam of the bunch.... they changed it for emissions the year later, you can hear the difference in the lope at idle.
I think you'd have fared better than you suspect.... your power band is better for a highway roll race.... **** it's better for most everything. A v10 w/ a twin screw = spin all day.
