Yes. Which is why those waiting to open the economy until a "vaccine" is developed will be waiting the rest of their natural lives. In fact, the rest of their unnatural lives as well.
It should be noted that to date, there is also no "vaccine" for the seasonal flu. Those waiting for a "vaccine" for the common seasonal flus (which BTW have proven to be more transmittable and more lethal than COVID19) will also be waiting until the end of both their natural and unnatural lives.
