Take it to an independent garage which specializes in GM and get a report on the faults they find. Perhaps get 2 opinions from different garages and then go back to the dealership armed and ready to rumble with your attorney set on speed dial. Be polite but firm in stating this is their last opportunity to repair the car before you escalate.
