I've had kidney stones and gout in my ankles from uric acid. I tried the prescription drugs. They didn't help. I read about and started drinking one glass of 100% Cherry Juice a day. Knock on wood...I haven't had a problem with gout since. It will breakdown the acid and allow you to pass it through urine. Just make sure it is the 100% pure stuff, like Nestle Juicy Juice.
