Whilst parenting is certainly a large portion of a child's development I've seen great people have absolutely shithead kids ending up criminals and nobody you'd associate with. So is Joe is partly to blame... Maybe.
Also seen total shitbags have kids that ended up pillars of society, their parents deserve little if any credit.
Everyone should be judged on their own actions.
