That was only in city limits...most of the Toobing I've done is upriver off of River Road, that was out of the city so the only thing banned up there was small jello shot containers...so folks just started making bigger jello shots.

Then in the city they limited the cooler size...honestly no big deal last time we toobed in the city limits it was still a blast.
