I would say greatly.
My brain no longer rattles inside of my skull.
haha. It made freeway driving much quieter, which is nice when having a conversation with a passenger... usually my woman.
Also has made it to where I don't need to crank the stereo up so loud. I have an FRC so I was also able to get a trunk divider to increase the sound deadening.
I did mine with StangKiller. All the materials cost less than 200. I'd do it again if I had to do it over.
