That is the nice thing about Bowling Green, it is quite centrally located excepting those from the far western states.
Most of the TX folks have a 11-12 hr drive.

For a once-a-year gathering, there's always going to be significant travel involved for most. And compared to most, you're not "too far away" at all. If your '79 isn't a good road trip car, who cares, bring the DD and come embarrass yourself.   |
You are right...Plus I've never been to Bowling Green... I really can't argue with what you're saying. I'd feel out of place w/o the Vette though, and that's kind of the point of the whole thing.
Sounds like Butterfly may be onto something for next year, so we'll see....
