Yeah, I'm going to way out on a limb here and guess that lifting/carrying things I shouldn't contributed to the problems I'm having now. Since blowing out my knee at age 13, I've lifted everything with my back instead of my legs.

320lb is AFTER we took the doors off. It's a 28.5 cu/ft French door.
