I remember the neighborhood moms smacking us around when we were kids.... then it got worse when dad got home.
One cold February, four of my friends and I made a cardboard fort in one kid's back yard. It was cold, we were hungry, and we had plenty of cardboard left over. So, what did we do? We hired one friend as a contractor to add a chimney to the cardboard fort, but I think his measurements were off by 1/8"
Needless, to say, we cooked more than leftover chicken that day and were fairly warm since the kid's back yard was completely burned down.
We all got marched to five different house for ass beatings that day and then an extra one when our dads came home. We also got sent to school with a note explaining why we were going to have a hard time sitting down that next day, too.
