They just banned him for posting a gif of the Kate Upton GQ photo shoot. He may yet go on a rampage if it's not permanent.
That was incidentally my reason for registering up over here. Not the policy strictness per se, but the snide (no offense to snide the poster) little grandstanding after the banning/thread locking for marginal stuff.
