Actually they're more like 3400lbs... the GT500 was the heavy one w/ the iron block and the blower and those were 3800. The new GT500 gets an aluminum block and goes on a diet. This car is about 300lbs lighter than a comprable SS Camaro.... so not only does it make more rwhp... it's lighter... bye bye SS.
I'll bet it'd give a LS3 Corvette a very good run.
