I didn't read the whole 18 pages because it was a lot of grenades tossed side to side.
This is my personal feeling on masks:
If the masks are so effective at preventing the spread of the virus then fine. Mandate masks and open up everything in the country. Stop shutting down the stores at 7 PM, stop limiting restaurant capacity, stop social distancing. The mask is supposed to work so open everything up and let the good times roll.
If the mask doesn't work, stop mandating it and just practice common sense.
