The thing with pricing on this stuff is misleading.
Ryobi, which is rebadged a bolens, poulan pro, snapper, troy bilt, and a few others....are generally 80-120 dollars and will last about 2 seasons.
Murray, which can come as homelite, craftsman,,, is the worst..not currently lasting 1 season...and cost 7p-100 dollars.
Toro is hit and miss....some have good fortune, some cant get a brake, usually cost 110-140ish

Stihl...makes cheap homeowner grade stuff, not much better than toro style...and they make some of the best stuff...
I prefer echo, because .nothing is homeowner grade, its all commercial, there is no shit tier/mid tier/God tier seperation.
