Have you had to live through the aftermath of the addicted? Have you had to piece together the lives of the children they've left behind? Ever woken to the screaming of a child at 3 am, holding them as they sob and cry. Them never being able to tell you what the dreams are. Then do it again and again and again and again. Then do it till you wake up screaming!

Tell me again how we should idolize them, admire them, respect them. Tell me!
