I never borrowed money to build a house. Will they really loan that much on a house that is not built to someone without a clue what he is doing? I have not heard anything about the septic permit but looking at his dirt in the thicket and how they have screwed him so far because of his ignorance I would bet they didn't even try to perc it. And will just feed him a aerobic system. I have seen them sell fools $1,500 worth of shit for $15,000 plus a yearly charge to maintain it.
