At one point, I had both L-82 cars on the road at the same time.
Without any doubt, the big block was the most fun.....letting that car loose on the "beach road" was insanely addicting....(Goodyear loved me.)
These cars knew the way to Ecklers, which is only 70 miles north of here. After those cars, I spent ten years with GM A-body cars.

I always admired '61 & '62 Corvettes, then recently was drawn to a very neglected '61......it's in the garage now!
This car will be consuming much of my time and will require the endless searching for it's many missing components.
My intention is to produce a reliable "driver", but one that will adhere to the original appearance of a '61.

I would greatly appreciate any information, leads, parts-for-sale or ideas pertinent to this endeavor.

Thank You,

Welcome aboard!! Sounds like a great project! Got any plans for the drivetrain?
