That said, the last two items I've listed for under $25.00, have resulted in complete flakes. Everything from being stood up twice on one item, to an email saying their car won't start, after getting 5 emails in 30 minutes to say they would buy, immediately.
I have decided that I will no longer list any items for under $30.00, which will be my minimum deal for the time spent.
When I list an item for $150 - $400, I get serious people. Seriously.

Yesterday alone I sold $800 worth of crap...I am a happy camper.
I don't have much storage space here and I'm not sentimental - if it hasn't been used in a year, time to unload it and get cash for the things I do need.
I also want to buy another house/sell this house this year, so it's also less crap I have to pay someone to move for me.
