Since this was a rural 45 mph road with no shoulders, and luckily nobody else around, I put my hazard lights on and stopped, and wanted to get him safely out of the road before possibly getting hit. Being a stranger to him I thought I may have to coax or corral him.

Nope! As soon as I opened my car door, he hopped in like I was his personal canine Uber, and licked my face as if to say, “Thank God you’re here! I’m lost!”

After getting my face properly washed I checked his tag and called the phone number...was able to reunite doggo and owner

Awesome!

My wife and I have corralled a few over the years!
