Subtle brag

3311X5S model

Several on the tractor forums think these were some of the best ever made and sought after for resto projects or parts. The 'X' designates 'extra tough' equal to other mfgs. commercial grade mowers at the time. Built in 1986 just down the road from me in GA. all steel! The chassis is great with heavy gauge steel and a 33" deck.

Bad news. I think the motor is stuck. I can't turn it by hand. Watching some yt vids they are VERY SIMPLE to tear down and repair if no major damage. I hadn't planned on it. But, should be fun to turn wrenches on and see if I can get it going.

For those playing along.
Briggs and Stratton 14.5 OHV with electric start.

Some forum peeps say if rebuilt these will outlast the big box mowers 4x.
