The insurance policy that is offered to students is there to keep them well (meaning not sick), it is not a F**K policy that covers flings.
It is not about Republican or Democrat, it is about lack of personal responsibility and the give me (not work for it) mentality that so many people have today.
The next thing people will bitch about will be the cost of the batteries for their vibrators and start looking for GOV. subsidies for the Duracells, and if they get Duracells free they will bitch and want Everady or Energizer brand.
