Well, yes, the rear filler valance panel is a bit different on '63 compared to later years (except maybe '64, but I don't recall for sure). But, this query was about the fender tips that are commonly amputated when sidepipes are installed. These are the fender extensions that live behind the front and rear ends of the rocker moldings. They are visible in this photo (not my car):

I'm converting back to undercar exhaust, and need to get these fender extensions attached to the car. The sidepipes are now gone. New undercar exhaust is ready to be installed. Need to get busy on that now.
