I lived in LA during the 90's riots. There were so many people carrying it wasn't even believable. K-Town armies on the roofs. The police didn't give a shit because they knew where the real threat was.
Somehow, I feel that independently of what the politicians are saying, the police are going to cut some serious slack in some of these spots.
BTW, please ensure you "fear for your life, or the life of one with you".
